The bar you are about to taste comes from a very small production of organic cocoa beans from the Kilombero Valley in Tanzania, a hot and humid region that gives the beans exceptional flavours. But beyond its complex and rich aromas, this micro batch is unique: to produce it, Kokoa Kamili has worked exclusively with farms managed by women and is committed to investing the profits made from the sale of the beans in the creation of a post-secondary school for girls in Mbingu, Tanzania. It is with all this in mind that it is named, simply, Exceptional Women.
