The cacao beans used to make this chocolate bar come from Dak Lak province in Vietnam, located in the Central Highlands region. They are grown by small farmers, then fermented and dried by TBROS. Originally a bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturer, TBROS has since partnered more closely with the farmers, with the goal of celebrating and promoting Vietnamese cacao. 

Anise-flavored, sweet, and refreshing, the agastache complements the Dak Lak chocolate and its red fruit notes.
