Where do you ship?
The Candy Bar ships across Canada using Canada Post. If you’d like to ship a package outside of Canada, please contact us to make special arrangements. We have shipped products around the world, just to satisfy our customers’ cravings.
How long will it take to ship my order?
The Candy Bar ships orders Monday to Thursday, and processes orders within one business day. Custom orders may take longer to ship, customers will be notified via email or phone. 
We make every effort to ensure packages arrive in good order, however, The Candy Bar is not responsible for damages or delays during shipping. During warm weather months, we recommend selecting Priority/Overnight shipping to reduce melting to food products. The Candy Bar reserves the right to delay shipping to avoid sending packages over the weekend and possible damage to edible products. 
Can I pick up my order at the store? 
Yes! We love to meet our customers in person, and will have your order ready to go. Choose store pick-up in the shipping option and we’ll email you a confirmation once we’ve received and packaged your goodies. Please allow a 6 hour turnaround time during business hours. 
Do you do local delivery? 
Yes! We deliver within the downtown core (Roncesvalles to Yonge, St. Clair to the Lake).
