Try exotic flavour combinations (porcini and dark chocolate anyone?), traditional pairings, and see how beans from different parts of the world compare. Christine is passionate about her chocolate, and will be happy to talk about the origins of the bars, how the producers handle their beans and come up with their signature flavours!
